This beautiful collar I've worked after a tutorial from Lynn Davy (Beadwork magazine 02/03). Instead of stone or glas teardrops I've used freshwater-teardrops with an slightly irregular size. Therefore I had to make some changes for the embellishment order. To my eyes it still looks great though.
